Title: The picture Lies!!! Date: October 19, 2008
"This is a cheesy gun. The main reason that I bought it was because I was looking for a gun that didn't have a stupid orange cap on it. The picture doesn't show that it does! Not only that but it has the most horrible sounding gun effect I have ever heard and it has a light up red strip when its fired."

"I showed them to my son. I'm not sharing! This is for my pirate stuff. The weight probably isn't heavy enough to feel real and but I ordered 2 based on a previous review. I was estatic. They even make noise. They are perfect with my pirate stuff. I expected the orange end again because I read a previous review but that is so easy to take care of with some black paint."

Title: very detailed pistol Date: October 17, 2007
"I was surprised by the detail on this pirate pistol. It has scroll work molded on the plastic on the top and side of the gun, and even has a working faux flint on the side that you can cock back, and then it springs forward when you pull the trigger!! Very reaslistic. My only complaint is that it does have the orange plastic on the tip to show it is a toy, which is not shown in the picture. Other than that this gun is awesome."
