"Just received this today and it exceeded expectations. It's a gorgeous little costume. you have to thread the corset top yourself (which I didn't particularly enjoy) but that would be my only complaint. Daughter said it was scratchy so expect to buy a black top to wear underneath. The hat is really cute. It's not a plastic hat but velveteen. I bought the purple striped tights to go with it."
