"I went to a costume shop before purchasing this costume and checked out each Snow White get-up. This was BY FAR the best quality one for the price. I think it only comes in one size (12-14), so it's a bit big. I'm 5' 4", 133lbs. The length is perfect with a pair of heels. I recommend this costume if you're looking for a true Snow White look."

"It's a little too big for me around the waist, but then again I'm a pretty thin person (5'6'', 120lbs). The length of the dress is great, though; I wear it with red heels and it's so cute!
Costumes are generally expensive, but this price is more than fair enough for its quality. :)
The hair bow that comes with it is so cute.. I wear it as a normal accessory with my normal clothing. My favorite color is red, so it matches nice. :o

I ordered this 3 days before the day I needed it, it was a last minute emergency order and I got it right on time! :D"

"I love this costume. The 'one size' fits 12-14. I'm 5'4" and 140lbs and baby got back! I wear an 8-10. I'll have it altered, because this costume is so beautiful. The length is great, the material is high quality. Has this material that acts as a built in pettycoat that flatters the bottom half and it's also in the sleeves to puff them out..The collar stands up perfectly, the head band is too cute... it's a must! It'll compliment any party with color and grace."

"I bought this costume for a 21st and I absolutely love it, it fit perfectly and it looks exactly like snow white. I was really pleased with the fast delivery considering I am from Australia and the amazing thing is that this costumes was less expensive to buy overseas than to buy in my own ciuntry freaky lol. I love the little red head band that costumes with the costume.

"I received this costume and tried it on right away. My daughters could not wait to see their Mom dressed up as Snow White. I am a size 8 and the costume is a size 12-14. I'm not sure how they do it, but the costume does fit. I thought it would be much too large, but it's not. I may take it in a little in the back, just so it's a bit more flattering, but I could just as easily leave it the way it is. I also ordered a black wig from another company. When paired up you really will look like Snow White. I am a blonde, but when I put this black wig on and this beautiful costume, I look nothing like myself. I guarantee that no one will recognize me at my own Halloween party! The costume looks very authentic! I look forward to wearing it on the big night!"

Title: Very cute but very tight sleeve bands Date: October 29, 2008
"This is a high quality costume and I loved it, but the sleeves (and only the arm bands on the sleeves) were way too tight. If I would have had time to find someone to alter it for me I would have, but I was also worried that it might ruin the look since the red satin may be hard to match. I normally wear a 12, sometimes a 14 due to chest and sleeve size on fitted items. Everything else about it was perfect."

"Nice quality, but if you have any sort of bicep the arm bands are way too tight. Now I don't have huge biceps, but am toned and I couldn't fit the arm bands around without cutting off circulation. You might be able to unstitch and restich to fit, but I'm no Martha Stewart so I returned it. High quality and a great costume though."

"This costume is awesome. You can expect the quality to be what you see in the photo. However...

1) The sleeves are too small, at least for my arms. Someone else wrote a review mentioning the same thing. I think I will have to alter the sleeves to wear it comfortably.

2) My shipment came without the bow tie. I called BuyCostumes and they gave me no hassle about it. They said they will mail it to me so I expect to receive it soon."

"This costume is high quality. It does run a little big, but for the most part, it fits well. It looks just like in the picture. My only complaint was that the sleeves are not stretchy and whenever I did anything that caused my arms to flex, the sleeves became a little too tight. But other than that, this costume is amazing! The skirt is full and comfortable, the bodice is velvet and I didn't find it itchy at all. The collar is so comfortable, you forget its there. I felt like a true princess all day!"

"I wore this costume to a Halloween pub crawl. The costume was comfortable throughout the night, and was not too hot or cold. (I wore pants underneath) The costume is well-made and I came home with no rips or tears after a rowdy night of drinking. There are only 2 minor complaints; the bodice seems short, it only came down to above my belly button. (No one seemed to notice) but it just felt weird. And, the yellow skirt has some sort of paper like material under it which I am sure will disintigrate when I throw it in the wash. Overall however, this was a good costume and had good comfort. The blue bodice is very stretchy and the size 14 fit me well, as I normally buy that size. I also purchased the "fright wig" to complete my look. I got many compliments and no one had to guess at who i was supposed to me. I would recommend this costume for sure. Check out my picture."

"The zipper was a very cheap plastic zipper. It would not zip the first time I tried it. I kept the dress an had a good quality zipper put in it. If your going to have a high quality costume, do not have poor craftsmanship work done on it."

"This version of the snow white costume is a very high quality dress. When I added a black wig to the dress, I look just like snow white! I was told many times that I should work at disneyland, it was very authentic. All the kids who saw me really believed I was snow white, so much that they were taking pictures with me. Fun to be a princess for a day! I would recommend this particular costume, don't buy the cheaper versions, they don't compare."
