"This is a good cap but you can get the same effect using pantyhose. I was a little disappointed about that. I do believe that you need something like this for any wig. It does a really good job at keeping your hair hidden. The price it not so bad so if you don't want to bother with cutting up a pair of hose this is definetly for you"

My hair is already pretty short and it fit me quite well, however, I'm not sure how much help it would be to someone with thick, long hair.
