"Instead of tight curls as on the picture the wig arrived with what I would call a disappearing perm that fanned out at the bottom.The banks were not cut in a V-shape either but were straight and unfortunately too short to make them into a V-shape!
This wig was overall quite a disappointment."

"Well they say a picture speaks a thousand words so I have a pic posted but I can say that this was a very comfortable wig to wear. It looked exactly like the picture and with a little fluffing was ready to wear. Like all wigs, you should take it out of the package it was delivered in asap and allow it to find it's form again. Find a way to fit it over an improvised stand if you don't happen to have any wigstands around. I Absolutely LOVED the wig and it really completed the look I was going for."

"I didn't know what to expect. When I pulled the wig out of the package I was pleasantly surprised. I love this wig. It held tight all night. I even wore this wig to a few different parties on different nights and it kept the curls. I have it in my closet right now and its been about a month since I wore it and it still has the curls. I didn't use this for a vampire though. I wore it with my witch costume. So cute. I even had one girl ask me if it was my real hair. I thought that was funny but I told her No, I'm actually a natural blonde."

"Excellent quality for the price! Multiple uses with costumes. Wore it with Gothic Vampire Elite, and as an evil princess, so far. I will be looking soon to see if it is available in blond and brown. Everyone commented on how much they liked the wig and wanted to know where I got it. I bought the black wig cap and the wig wasn't itchy or uncomfortable any of the times it was worn. The bangs have enough length that they can be cut to shape for the vampire and later cut straight across to use for a different look."

"I have to say if your expecting a halloween wig to look as awesome as it does in the photo when it arrives stuffed into a box your nuts. I am very happy with this, and im extremely happy with Buycostumes super fast shipping, it arrived this morning to me after just being ordered yesterday!

There is alot of hair on this wig, i was shocked, and it is fairly heavy, i plan on restyling the wig to fit the style i need, so the lack of 'v' bangs was a good thing for me. There is more then enough hair on this to make the updo i want. My curls are also in good condition, i suppose its the luck of the draw. I wish it were shinier but hey, its a fake wig :D

Over all, i am very happy with this and think it will look fantastic!"

"I was very disapointed with this wig. It does NOT look like the picture. The bangs are fluffy and sort of straight across the forehead! Because of the fluffyness it was virtually impossible to cut it like the picture shows. I would not recommend buying this wig for the bangs alone. Other than that it was fun to wear, heavy, but looked good."

"For the most part, the wig looked exactly like the packaging. The number of curls is fantastic - it's very full. Like previous reviewers stated, the bangs aren't V'd as they are in the picture. A little artful trimming will take care of that."

"I bought this wig despite the bad reviews. It was packaged nicely. The bangs we're short but they are long enough to work with to cut them into the "V" shape shown. I have a short forehead so I think they will do well for me. If you have a longer forehead they may be too short for you. There ARE 2 chunks of hair on each side that are straight, as stated in the previous review. I don't know why they are there, they are not shown in the picture. I am going to do something with them. I think I will try to curl them up or pin them, or I may just leave them straight. The curls are in tact but some are frizzy. Luckily my sister is a hair stylist and is going to help me make something of this wig. I think it will be great once I work on it.
I will post another review after Halloween along with a photo for all future buyers."

"This wig did have nice curls...but the top was very frizzy and the bump on the top had to be pinned up by me. The bangs were entirely too short to even cut into the shape shown on the package. Then there where these two chunks of hair that were on each side of the bangs that were just chopped...they looked hideous. It was very hard to keep on...it kept sliding off...I came to the conclusion that I must have gotten a defective item because all the other reviews I read were pretty positive...I know I'm not going out with this rag of a wig on my head with the beautiful costume I purchased from buycostumes.com..."

"I used this wig for a costume that was a Interview with the Vampire era Vampire. The wig worked great. The curls kept there form through shipment and now its like 4 years later and they are still curly. The bangs do come cut straight across... I actually left them like that because I thought it was more useful that way."

"This was a really great wig. It comes almost as pictured, although as other people have said, the bangs are more or less straight so you have to shape them, however, the hair is very sturdily attached so it's no problem cutting and styling it a bit."

"I love this wig (and so does everyone else)!! The bangs were straight, so I had to cut them--which is fine, because then I was able to customize it. I also had to bobbypin some of the ringlets to create the fullness on top of the head, which was not a problem because the wig is very full. I wore this wig for three separate parties and the wig kept its shape very well and it did not make my head hot. I got lots of compliments!"
