Title: Good Value but sizing off Date: June 19, 2008
"This is a very cute little costume and for the price is a great value. Would caution on the sizing. Even though my 3-year fit the sizing chart for the toddler size (I measured her), she really needed the smallest children's size."

"This was a present for my 3yr old Goddaughters birthday and it was a huge hit! She put it on as soon as she opened it and the only problem we have is she wants to "be" Dorothy 24 hours a day! We are very pleased."
