"I do not recommend this to anyone - even someone under size 6 who might actually fit in it. The material is scratchy and see-through. Unless you're playing the sexy Velma, don't bother.. I found more costume pieces just looking them up seperately online for a better price."

Title: Poorly Constructed Costume

"This costume was terrible. I am not thin, by any means, but am 5' 4" at 155 pounds and this costume was a very snug fit. In this case, I did not fit into the ONE SIZE FITS ALL category. Thankfully we had warm weather this year because otherwise I would have frozen my kiester off in this outfit. This outfit was tight and you can not wear anything under it and the material is very thin. On top of that, the skirt kept riding up when I would walk and that was very irritating. BUT all that said, we were the hit of our Trunk or Treat. People wanted pics taken with us since our whole family did the Scooby Doo gang theme for Halloween."

Title: sorry I bought this

"I was very disappointed in this product. The fabric was thin and the "skirt" was actually some sort of skort. it was poorly constructed, I took one look at my 10 year old in it, and announce "...ok lets go shopping!" I wound up buying another costume for her, because I didn't want her out in public in it!

The wig was cute and held its style well, and the glasses were cute. my daughter wore those pieces with the clothing I bought her to replace the costume, and looked very cute.
We also bought Scooby and Velma, they were much better costumes!"

"This costume fits very small (maybe only a size 2 or 4) and the fabric is very similar to felt. The wig is really nice though. Even the glasses look odd, the frames are too big and slightly tinted. Overall this costume is not very good and I would not recommend it."

"this costume is not worth your money. it is not a one size fits all. the skirt is too small and the shirt is a half shirt and i think it may be made of felt. you can see through it. the glasses and wig are okay but again, not worth the money."

"the skirt was way too small , I know the one size fits all thing is the best for business but you may want to consider asking the manufacturer for a wee bit more room in the seat! it was so scandalous that I had to buy another skirt to wear with it!"

Title: A good "Velma" look

"The
look is right, and the wig and glasses are just what you'd want them to
be. The quality isn't any better or worse than you'd typically expect
in a Halloween costume. The outfit is made out of felt, and is very
small. I was really surprised that the costume was labeled "up to size
12" because it would be a tight fit on anyone larger than a 6, in my
opinion. I'm a size 4 and I think the skirt is a even little too small
for me."
