"It is real nice velvet. The dress looked super nice on my cousin. I gave it to her as a gift. When she put it on it was perfect. She was Peter Pan and her baby girl was tinker bell, of course Dad was Captain Hook.She can use this for Christmas too. Great sexy Elf."
