"The costume is great and fits my husband well - the only problem is the mask. When you put it on it squashes your nose since the mask nose is extremely flat and does not allow room for a normal nose to extend into the mask. We are going to have to find a mask that is more comfortable which, overall, is adding to the cost of the costume. Not a good thing!!"

"This was a great costume and I had a LOT of fun in it, but there are things you should be aware of. Oh, and the horns DO NOT flop down anymore. Historically, jester horns were supposed to be floppy so I don't see the problem. When it arrived, it was all in a typical tiny costume bag. This is fine, but the mask was smashed and mangled beyond all reason. If you can heat it up and have a place to attach it and reshape it (mannequin head), then you might be able to use it. The other reviews state that the mask makes your face too hot and you can't breathe out of it anyway. Since I wasn't going to use the mask (and I don't come off as a "scary" person, I decided to ax the whole "evil" part of this costume. I took the skull decorations off, and sewed bells on the horns and the flaps on the costume. The costume itself was very roomy, and a bit big for me (I'm between the teen and adult sizes). I'm 5'5" 140lbs and the pants were too long and the sleeves on the top were too loose. I used a piece of red fabric to tie around the wrist to keep the sleeves from moving upwards. I cut part of the belt off and made a tie for the other wrist. I bought back gloves to go with it (not the ones they recommend here), and the cane (GREAT accessory). I also bought the jester shoes (for indoor use only - fragile, and I attached bells to them too). Since I didn't wear a mask, I just used black makeup to make an eye mask. The costume was a big hit, lots of fun, and it won "funniest costume" at the party I went to. The accessories are well worth it and so was the costume, it's just that you may want to alter it a bit."

"i got this costume last halloween and it fit great! it was very comfortable although the hat thing kept flopping down... but we stuffed it with some cotton and bubble wrap and it stayed! the mask was very cheap and uncomfortable so i just got some makeup and made the costume even scarier!"

"i read the reviews before i purchased this costume and they were correct- the "horns" flopped and the mask made my face too hot to wear for very long. . overall i thought the costume was good value for the money. The mfg should try to fix the horns so they stay up or if i use the costume again i should try to concock something to hold them up. The demon skull can was allot of fun and the gloves were too tight but i squeezed them on"

"This is a fun costume. The only problem I have found with it is that when I first tried on the pants the elastic in the waist broke where it had been stitched together. Thank God for Home Economics 25 years ago and 20 minutes of my time. I was able to repair the elastic and now the pants don't fall around my ankles anymore.

The only other recommendation I can make is to not purchase the gloves that they recommend for this costume. They are not adult size!!! My 5 year old likes them though."

"This was the first costume I have ever bought online. I was weary because a pictures only gives you a visual of the item. But after getting it and trying it on this was money was well spent, I bought a bigger size and it is roomy.
The fabric is easy to work with and very comfortable, it stretches and moves with you bettewr yet you can put it in the wash if needed. However the two big horns could have been stuffed and closed better.
Over all this costume is great so break out your pair of cards and take a seat with freinds oh yeah remeber to take the joker out of the deck because what the use of having three of you??"

"I was really looking forward to having fun with this costume, but closer inspection of the mask made it difficult.
The mask has no breathing hole for you mouth, needless to say you could not wear it very long. The eyes were very difficult to see out of so you're kinda blinded if you want to walk in it.
The color online of the mask is white and black.. the mask was really cream colored and was wrinkled and didn't fit to well.
It is a great idea for a costume but needs some modification.
ON the other hand... the shipping was great.. I ordered it one day and it came very quickly which gave me a chance to try it and find something else to wear for Halloween.

"Ok when my husband puts this costume on he looks so scary i can barely look at him! Its awesome! He ordered a Large because there were no XL avail at the time and he is a 36 waist and 6'2" and the costume still fits perfectly. I gave quality only 4 stars because the mask looks pretty flimsy and not the greatest but once its on, it looks totally freaky and good!"
