This is an offically licensed Marvel Heroes costume. This Spiderman costume includes jumpsuit with a fiber optic spider on the chest and hood with fiber optic around the eyes. The fiber optics are powered by a battery that can be replaced. Available in child sizes Up to 4T, 4-6, 7-8 and 10-12.

"It sounded like a great idea, but the fiber optics are actually a problem since they require wires and batteries and kids don't like having that in their costume. The costume itself is fine, but having the fiber optic wires and battery packs are not. I would say go with a regular spiderman costume."

"We loved this costume. I didn't realize when I bought it for my grandson that it lit up, and boy were we amazed when it arrived! The face and the body all lit up and flashed. My grandson was thrilled! The only thing I would have to say is that the face mask runs small. My grandson is 2 and the 2-4 sized mask was a little small. We had to cut the liner out so it would fit. Overall and awesome costume and one I would highly recommend!"

"As far as quality, it is almost the same as any other costume from any other store, but looks better. My child was extremely happy when he saw it and even happier wearing it. He felt so comfortable in it that he kept running and jumping and didn't want to take it off. But most important is that it will make any child that likes costumes and especially spiderman very happy."

"The mask of the 3T-4T outfit did not fit my son's head well. So the eye slots would only get to his forehead. He loves the outfit and I am going to tinker with the mask to see if I can create a better fit for him."

"The jumpsuit is a perfect fit but the mask was way too small. My son doesn't have a large head and I could'nt figure out why the jumpsuit fit but not the mask. After comparing it to an identical spiderman costume minus the fiber optics I figured out that it was the fiber optics that were attached to the inside that made it impossible to fit it over my sons head. It's incredible to me that the company did not adjust the mask size to accomodate the fiber optics."

"I bought this for my two-year old son, and he absolutely loves the fiber optic light effects. It was a great deal; I had seen other "plain" Spiderman costumes at the local Halloween shop for the same price but without the fiber optic lights. Be forwarned: The hood is meant to be snug so it won't fit all children's heads. BuyCostumes got my order to me promptly."

"Adorable features with the fiber optics. The hood runs a little small though and doesn't have any air holes near the mouth. If you don't mind snipping them on your own, it's not a big deal."
