"The fabric is a fleece-like material - thin, but warm enough to keep baby/toddler warm outdoors. The toddler size has snap-up legs for easy diaper change.
The "helmet" is only a hard fabric and has nothing to hold it onto babies head, you will need to sew/velcro a strap."
