Toto In Basket Deluxe

Includes a deluxe picnic style basket with lid that opens and a stuffed toy Toto dog. Exact color of Toto may vary. This is an officially licensed Wizard of Oz™ product. Basket measures 11 ½" tall including handle (handle is approx. 6 ¼" tall). Top of basket is 9 ¾" x 5 ¾". Base of basket is 8" x 4". Toto stands approx. 6 ½" from ground to top of head (excluding ears). And is about 8" from nose to start of tail. Basket is made of natural wood fiber. Toto is faux fur.

"I bought this Toto plus basket to compliment my Dorothy costume. He was a hit! Everyone wanted to carry him around in the basket and I especially loved that I could keep my lip gloss inside the basket with him in addition to my own private stash of booze. Without this little guy, the Dorthy costume is not complete. An absolute must have!!!!"

"I purchased Toto In Basket Deluxe to go with the Dorothy costume my little cousin had requested for her birthday and both the costume and Tot were a hit! Toto, in fact, was such a hit that he got to come out of his basket and sleep with my cousin every night! I was so happy that he was not attached to the basket because I fear that would not have been good for the basket!

"This is a really cute idea, but the basket is disappointing. It does not close. The lid is fixed so that the one side is up all the time so that Toto can stick his head out. Unfortunately, this actually makes it harder to set him in it properly, and it looks crooked. The whole lid slides (both sides) up over the handle to get Toto out. The basket is no fun to play with, open, or carry. Putting the lid back on is tough for adults to figure out, pretty impossible for young kids to do. Basket also has lots of splinters. I actually hand sanded it slightly before giving it as a gift so that the child would not get cuts all over her hands carrying it. Toto is adorable and looks very much like the real Toto. His fur was however, very matted and had splinters all stuck in it that I had to pick out, then brush him. Too much effort for the price, but extremely cute Toto dog to play with once he is groomed!"
