"THE GOOD: Colors are accurate in the picture. The witch hat is also made of a velvety material, and is small but all right (although the colored headband was not attached properly – this was easily fixed by a well-placed stitch or two). THE BAD: The sheer material is very itchy, yet limp; it practically needs some starch to lay the way it does in the picture. It is not sized well. My daughter is a very petite ten year old, yet she barely could fit into the large-sized costume. THE UGLY: It did not fit very well where the ruffle above the mock corset front is; the material was bunched and puffy, and would not lie properly without my reconstructing the whole left side. In all, I think this costume was anything but a bargain; for the price tag, there is too much work involved before it can look as pretty as the name suggests."

"I ordered a large (12-14) thinking it would run small and it was small enough to fit my 2 year old. The part that I could get on was sooooooo itchy! I all ways get my costumes here this was my first bad experience!"

"It isn't even Halloween, the costume was worn once to a party and it is already falling apart. The quality is horrible. There are 2 places on the dress where the seams have ripped. It wasn't ripped. It clearly came apart at the seams! On top of all that, my daughter complained that it itched like crazy. I'm going back to making homemade costumes where I can control the quality!"

"This costume is very cute, but the sleeves were very tight and the material did not lay right. As soon as my daughter put it on, she complained of being itchy. We resorted to last year's costume at the last minute because she was so miserable in it. It's very cute, but, if we'd found it at a store, we would not have purchased it."

"This product was smaller than expecting for a 4-6 child's size"
"This costume while appealing in style was a terrible choice for fabric and extended wear comfort. It was itchy and abrasive. Also, the sizing was incorrect. You would need to buy at least a size larger, and then the waist area would probably fit, but the sleeves would be too long. In general, there would no doubt be costumes that would be more practical, and the granddaughters were disappointed, because a "pretty" witch was more intriguing than the standard fare. Maybe, the manufacturers could revamp the outfit by next year. The concept was good just the outcome needs more tweaking."
