"The best part of this costume, besides the fact that it is a tootsie roll, is how comfortable it is. My daughter wants to play in it daily. For Halloween, it will be so easy to put any type of clothing the weather demands under it with no concern as to how it will look (the foam will keep its shape) or if it will fit (it fits like a pull over dress, no constraints anywhere on the body). And, again, it is a tootsie roll... how fun is that??!!"
