Mask is made latex and faux hair. One size fits most adults. This is an officially licensed mask from the movie Seed of Chucky, 2004 Focus Features, LLC.

"My sister's fiance went as Chucky and with a few minor accessories this was a great costume! She took a pair of overalls & sewed buttons and patches of material, also iron-on letters and numbers all over to make it look like a little kid. This mask of Chucky is great for an Evil Doll duo."
