"This was a fun costume. We also bought the Zola boots to go with it. It did fit pretty true to size. You have to buy the eye patch to complete the look. Overall I would recommend this costume, for the price it is worth it."

"This costume turned out great. The shirt had a pretty authentic look to it and the details on the fringe of the "vest" added a nice touch. The sash and scarf finished it off nicely. I added just a pair of black slacks and black shoes with the boot covers, and bought the eyepatch and earring separate, and it looked great. Got a lot of compliments on this costume; it was a hit."

"This costume was the start of an absolutely great evening!!! I was a little concerned that it may not be masculine enough but, boy was I wrong! My lady friends loved it and I had a fantastic time being a swashbuckling pirate for the night! I was comfortable and playing the role. Paired with my lady friend, we were the envy of the evening. Way too much fun!!! I'm not sure how we will ever top this one.
The costume was well made. The belt was snug so, my date added a piece of leather like material to the back and no one knew the difference. She also added fringe to the sash, she said to make it more realistic. I had a different bandana with skulls and crossbones so, used it. It was very comfortable and ran true to size. Only 1 boot top came with it but, called the company and they sent out another immediately. The company was great to work with. I recommend this to all me maties who want to be a pirate any night!!!"

"this was a nice pirate costume, but I don't know that it was worth the $80.00 price tag with no pants & shirt piece. My husband liked it though. Had a slight problem when it was not shipped with his other pieces, a sword & earring set we purchased, but after one phone call we had it the next day."

"Pros:
- Looks Great
- Will last a long time
- Good Fit
- Excellent Value

Cons:
- Doesn't include pants
- Description doesn't mention that the vest is attached and forms the backside of the shirt.

I was slightly disappointed that the shirt and vest are in fact one garment, as that limits the mix&match potential. The shirt is also more yellow than I was expecting, but I got lots of complements on the costume, it was comfortable to wear for several hours, and even came in it's own reusable garment bag to hang in my closet. Overall I'm very satisfied."

"We bought this costume for my husband and he's happy with it. We both agree that the velour sash and bandana are made of cheap material, and the quality of the leather belt is so-so; but for an overall costume it has a goof effect. We have not tried the boots yet, let's hope they last the whole night without tearing."

"Nice start to a pirate costume. You are going to need to buy true pirate boots. The boot covers that come with this costume are not of good qaility. It does not come with paints. Black sweat paints woorked well for me. A sword and pistols are a must add-on."
