"I think this costume may run a little small. I bought a medium (8 - 10), and the top parts fit well on me (6 - 8 up top). But I am pear-shaped and wear size 10 pants routinely, and I couldn't even get these pants up one leg (seriously!). In fact, I don't think if I had sized up that the L pants would have fit. Also, I could not get the boot tops up my calves without great effort (which I promptly abandoned - actually I gave up at my feet!). The top shirts are cute enough that I will probably wear them with other bottoms anyway. For the clearance price, I think the set is worth keeping (it's a LOT of stuff). If it's not clear from the description, the pants are capris."
