"I'm a size 10, the skirt was nice on this costume but OH My GOD the top was very small and tight. The bands around the arms was cutting off my blood supply. I should have thought something was wrong when I pull ed the top out of the package, it looked like the size that would fit my young daughter. Other then the top I thought the costume was nice."

"This is a nice witch outfit. The material is thinner than I expected and hoped for - it definately needs a long black slip or skirt under it because it is quite see-though. It fits me very well, but the skirt is shorter than I expected (I am 5'8" and I expected the skirt to reach the ground which it does not). I have thin arms and the arms of this costume are pretty snug on me."

"This costume is inexpensive, and because of that the included clothing is on the flimsy side. However, it is designed in a very accurate and appealing way. As you can see in the picture, the skirt and top are a bit sheer, but it’s not anything indecent.
The witch hat is much better than the typical witch hats. The brim of it is curved into a more interesting shape (not a flat circle like most), and there is a scarf that ties around it. The hat itself is very thin and light; it probably would fly off one’s head in wind or brisk walking. The cape has a tie to attach it around your neck, but I opted to pin it to the back of the top, because I thought it looked better.
The sizing of the costume is fine (the other reviewer who had a problem with the size is likely reviewing a different costume that has more than “one size fits all”). I usually wear anything from an 8 to a 12 in womens and the top was snug, but I had no problems wearing it or getting into it. The shirt also ties in back to make it look fitted no matter what size you wear, which is a nice addition.
My favorite part of this costume was the striped tights, which I purchased separately (item #12813). They got probably the most comments of any part of my costume. For green makeup, I highly recommend a cream-based makeup sold in a tube – anything else will not cover as well or be as comfortable. I found some at a local Halloween store. I also bought a cheap but more authentic-looking broom from a party store for $4.
Overall, I really enjoyed the costume because it is well designed, even if it’s low quality. If you’re only going to wear it once or twice a year, the quality really isn’t an issue. The price is a bargain for the style."

"I returned this costume due to the small size. I wear a 10/12 and ordered the large. It should fit up to 14. This was so tight and looked like it would fit a child. The arms are tight and it runs really small. I do not recommend this outfit."
