"I bought this to go with my niece's catwoman costume. It's so cute! It's soft and the wire inside lets you bend it however you want to create your own look. It only has a loop at the end to attach it with so you will have to either sew it or pin it; either will work. I definately recommend this to anyone that's looking for finishing touches to their cat costume.
