"This was my first official online purchase, so I was very reluctant. I did a lot of research into these Monster Boots and priced them all over the net. These guys were the cheapest, so I gave it a shot. Everything went awesome. Ordering was cool, shipping was exactly as advertised and I had serveral emails detailing the order status. The boots are exellent quality for the price. They do run a little small size wise, but that helped make them more secure on my feet.

All in all, an grade A experience. Again keep in mind that this was my first time purchasing online, but I hope every other one is this good."

Title: Fun--but be careful! Date: November 7, 2008
"These were just what I was looking for to complete my Frankenstein costume, but a word of warning. Because they are not available in individual shoe sizes, you may find, as I did, that they are fairly loose on your feet. This only makes them that much more dangerous to a 'high-heel' rookie like myself. I had numerous incidents of stumbling and even falling over the course of the evening as a result. I felt fairly lucky that I didn't hurt myself seriously."

"I purchased these Frankey boots for my boyfriend. I was a bit worried about him walking in them, but they were actually very easy to walk in. 5" of extra height was great!!! "these boots were perfect. the base is wide enough that it doesn't make you feel unstable at all with the height. adding a gel sole insert helps with comfort if your going to be on your feet for many hrs. was even able to negotiate stairs with out much dificulties just remember to walk slowly like the scary monsters do in the movies *S*

"I ordered these boots a size larger because they were out of my size, but they fit well with double socks and due to the fact they're boots. These are perfect for completing the Frankenstein costume I'm wearing this year. I don't fit through standard doors any longer (I'm 6'5") and these boots add at least 4" so be careful with standard sized doorways if you're tall! Walking is not too difficult, but forget about trying to run and be watchful of the areas you're walking on, as you could very easily turn or sprain an ankle in these."

"I decided to go as Frankenstein and my Wife as Bride of Frankenstein for Halloween this year. I ordered these boots as they were inexpensive. well they showed up and WOW. let me start off saying I'm 6' 4" with a size 15 shoe. The nice lady that answered the phone said the shoes run a bit big and a 14 should work. they fit perfect are VERY easy to walk in and make me into a respectable 6' 9" frankenstein. Way to go guys! you made our Halloween!!!!!! (super speedy shipping too!)"

"My husband is 6'6" and these boots make him so tall he can't fit through a doorway. They are worth the money if you really want the costume to look perfect. He wers a 13 and we got him the X-large (14) so he said they a re a little big. Otherwise very happy and would do buy them again. They are so funny!!"

"These things really add the height and they aren't that hard to walk in either. They do run big like other reviews say. I wear a 14 to 15 depending on the brand of shoe, so I got the 14 and they are just a little too big. Nothing you can't manage with a couple extra pairs of socks."

"These boots are amazing. They are about 4 inches high, and soft black fake leather. My husband is a size 10 - 10 1/2, he has a regular width, we got the Medium size, and these fit him perfectly. I got the Frankenstein's Bride wig. We'll be more the "young Frankenstein" monsters, rather than the "Borris Karlof" monsters. This year they will be Frankenstein's Monster boots, next year the will be painted and turned into Gene Simoons / KISS boots."

"bought these to go with jason costume this year to give me more height (went from 6'0 to 6'5). i wear a size 11 wide and the 12-13 fit good although i added a dr scholls insert and it fit alot better.
the shoe seems to be made pretty well and have had no probs with the qualiity of it.
very nice shoes for the price!"

"I ordered these for my husband, who is dressing as Frankenstein's monster this year. He is already 6'1" and these shoes make him about 6"6'! It was amazing to see him put them on the first time. Really great effect for the costume. I can't wait to see him in the full costume now. I would definitley recommend practicing walking in these for a few weeks....they are just like walking in heels! BTW, the fabric and craftsmanship on these is top-notch. I'm really impressed at how great these are for the price."

"These boots will boost your height about 5 inches. They are leather with a zipper up the side which makes them easy to get on and off. I am wearing them with a Frankenstein Costume at this years annual Halloween Party and will most likely wear them again with some other costume. The only thing I recomend is that you learn to walk in them before the party."
