"If I could have chosen, I would I opted for a little worse quality for a lower price. They're boots that I was only going to wear once. But they were fun to party in and amazingly comfortable. So I have to say that I am glad I talked myspelf into spending a little extra to get them."

"i purchased the red boots for my daughter to go w/ the twister costume she ordered. I really thought it was expensive.I saw them for $14 at another store in town same make & company. But I just didnt want to return them & deal w/ the hassle. I would have liked if they had red boot covers like she had w/ the costume we bought last year. white material that went over the shoe and up the leg. Like a stocking. I didnt like spending $30 on a pair of red boots. It was more then costume. She wanted them & it does make the costume complete. They are average quality boot. She wears them with her jeans. So at least they are worn more than Halloween. You should carry the red material boot ,but you only have it in white. You should also carry red long gloves too. I only saw white . This would have made the Twister costume complete. She wears a red long sleeve shirt & a red short wig We hat glued the spinner board from the twister costume on the wig. It was nice w/ the colored wig & only way the head piece would stay on. A twister purse or a solid color one would have been nice to. Like the candy corn one she boot last year. I didnt like spending $30 on a pair of red boots. You should include the stocking kind like in the candy corn costume in the package. I thought the boots were to expensive & more items should have been avaliable to buy for the twister cotume. Ball colored earrings , red gloves material boots , colored short wigs, purses. I had to buy other items to dress up the costume & red boots was important . They should have been less expensive or material covers included in the costume. I saw them for $14 plus 25% off. Bought she had already worn hers to an event last week. I didnt want to take a chance & not order them & have you not have them. I never thought I would see red boughts still available so close to Halloween."

"These boots are really cool and the cost is fair. the only draw back for me was that zipping it up was a little tight because of my calves are pretty large, but for anyone else it's normal and stellar"

Title: SUPER Super Hero Boots!

"Convincing footwear is always a big plus for any sort of costume, and Super Heroes in particular. Nice fitting, smooth, durable boots are tough to find and even more so to make. Most manufactured items just fit over ordinary shoes - okay at a glance, but not very convincing (I've even seen people try to pass off long socks as boots, with the results you'd expect). Mostly it's womens boots that fit the bill, but they're usually pricey and require work to get the appearance you want; and let's not discuss the embarrassment factor for us straight guys... The Plat boots fill the bill in most every way, at least for Superman. They fit great and look far more expensive than they were; in fact, I'd stack them against the lace-ups that Kirk Alyn was saddled with in the movie serials! Nitpickers (like me) may want to add that little notch in the middle of the top front, but that's as close to a problem that I can find. I'm so happy with the Super Hero Boots, I'm sending this review a day after the "Win a $150 Halloween Party " sweepstakes expired. How's that for customer satisfaction?"
