"It looks like it does in the picture except it is too long. It is not adjustable at all, but I'm going to cut it and put new velcro on it. My daughter still really like it and can't wait to wear it."

"This is not a choker - it is a LONG piece of velvet ribbon with velcro on both ends. I would have to tie it in the back to make it a choker. If you have an 18 inch neck, it would make the perfect choker for you."

"This was not quite what I was expecting, very cheap price but poor quality as well, the spider doesn't really even look like a spider to me. Maybe I am stupid, but it says that it is adjustable but I couldn't figure it out so it was too big (not a choker)."
