"This is a typical nylon Halloween type costume that runs extremely small. I bought it in the large for a 6th grader who wears a boys size 8. The pants look more like they would fit a toddler! It is a cute costume and the fabric is comfortable to wear, so it would be great for some uses and appropriate for younger children."

"I ordered this and the colonial girl costume. They arrived in record time (less than a week) - VERY impressed w/the service! I ordered these for our 5th grade colonial days unit where all the kids dress up. This costume does run small, as the previous review states. The large BARELY fits my size 12 son - he is about 5 ft tall and weighs about 90 lbs. Unfortunately the mfg doesn't make this in an XL and the adult costumes are all WAY too big. The price is DEFINITELY right, though!! The jury is still out as to whether I will keep the boy costume... definitely keeping the girl costume!"

"We ordered this costume for three cousins. We had the most hansome little pilgrims around. We tacked the hats up so the were a little bit more stiff."

"My son was doing a Colonial project for 4th grade, and we needed to take actual photos of him and his friends in the outfits. I got this costume for a fabulous price, (16.99), it was
promptly shipped, and looked GREAT! I was convinced he was a little Colonial boy in some of the photos! Kim C.
I also recommended my friend to this site and she got her son the similar costume in brown. They both looked great!"
