"I bought this Uncle Sam costume for my 4 year old son. He is representing the USA in his pre-school graduation ceremony, and thought this would be adorable. It is a really cute costume, the quality is that of your average Halloween costume because it's made from that silky costume fabric. It does run really small though. My son wears a size 5 in pants and shirts, so I ordered the costume in a size small which says it fits sizes 4-6. When he tried it on the jacket was so tiny, it could have fit his 2 year old brother. I returned it ($6 to ship it back), and ordered the size medium which says it fits sizes 8-10. The medium fits much, much better. The jacket fits perfectly. The pants are long, but I'll just hike them up under the jacket. I just wish I didn't have to spend a small fortune in shipping charges. For the cost of the original shipping, the return shipping, and the replacement shipping, it was more than the price of the costume."

"I bought this for my 10 year old son. The costume won him a prize for his age group at a local parade. The only problem we had was the jacket had a weird fit to it and kept pulling back. Maybe my son was just too big in the shoulders though. Also in the pic it looks like there may be a button holding the bottom of the jacket together, but there is nothing, we used a safety pin."
