"Got this for a mermaid party I'm throwing for my daughter. It's a great alternative to the "sexy" mermaid costumes you see out there. It is fitted, but not skin tight. Skirt is stretchy, but the crenline over it serves as a great "cover up." Although a 12-14, this fit me, a normal size 8. Have fun!"
