"This scythe was a wonderful compliment to my son's Grim Reaper costume this Halloween. I really like the height of the item and the pole that looks like a spine. I wasn't really fond of the skull but he loved it. This item comes in three pieces and you assemple it by screwing them together. It is made of a hard plastic similar to what "Little Tykes" toys would be made of. I truly believe this looked alot better than a simple scythe. It just gave that extra touch to a simple costume."

Title: Dont fear the Reaper Date: October 15, 2008
"I promised myself that if I couldn't find a real scythe this Halloween, that I would find the best fake one. This my friends, is what I was looking for. Yeah the paint is a little cheesy, and the plastic is cheap, but that doesn't matter. Compared to what I was able to find searching for cool looking scythes, this sweet baby reigns supreme. I do wish that the thing had a little more weight to it and that the skull had fangs, but I'm just nitpicking. This thing is truly terrifying. If your looking for something to finish off that grim reaper look, then pick this up now and you wont regret it."

"This turned out better than I expected. My kids love playing with it and it will come in handy this Halloween. It's sturdy (it screws together), fairly solid and plenty large enough to make a great scary impression on those trick or treaters who are unfortunate enough to come to my door. I would definitely recommend this product."

"very happy with this product everyone who sees it asks where i got it from. lightweight and durable it's bigger than i thought it was going to be and i love the detail. this is a pic of my son he is 4'5" and a big 7year old he wanted to put his dads costume on.i am very happy with this purchase!"

"This is one of the most horrifying things I have ever seen. The skull looks amazing. The quality is very good and the picture featured is spot on.
