Title: Adhesive does not work..... Date: October 31, 2008
"When we peeled the adhesive off, the whole thing came off. No biggie, thought we could use eyelash glue or something, but nothing would make it stick. So we moved on to the next piece, peeled the paper backing, it would not stay on my husband's face.

The product itself looks OK, could be better, but they really need to improve the adhesive- or you need to have a quality ahesive to get it to fit- we figured this purchase was a total loss, totally worthless."

Title: Lots of fun Date: November 20, 2009
"This was great. Hubby wore the beard for 2 nights. We just used some double sided tape for the second wearing. We did find that the skin needs to be freshly shaved so that it sticks well. First night it kept falling off even after using the double stick tape. Second night he shaved and it stuck the whole time. Also used the little soul patch on our 10 month old and he looked like he had a goatee also. His stuck on all night and didn't bother him at all. Came off fine with no problems or marks left on his face. It was a total hit. I would buy ths again."

"Loved it!! The mustache actually looked better in person than on the product picture, by the way. This was a great addition to the complete Jack Sparrow outfit! Sure, I also had problems with the double sided tape completely ripping off (have extra double sided tape handy in case this happens to you) but he got so many compliments for looking so authentic (with the addition of every accessory available for this outfit!) that it was well worth it!!"

"This beard, moustache and goatee are pretty good quality for the price. Along with the spirit gum , it applies very easily, the moustache is easily trimmed to suit any face, and the spirit gum kept it snuggly in place for the entire evening. It looked so real that people did not recognize me! This item is a must for anyone going for the authentic pirate look."
