Title: It's lacking something

"So I got this costume for my son and am a bit dissapointed. While the overall concept is good, the costume really needed some more support - like wire in the trim - to make it not flop in. Luckily I have time to work on it. I had it open for a week and nothing so I'm going to sew in pipe cleaners at the critical points."

Title: Very Poor Quality

"The car idea was great for my 3 year old, he picked it out. It would have been so much cheaper to make and much better quality if it would have been an inflatable costume. The car did not hold it's shape at all, the poorest idea for a costume ever! I was very disappointed and my son did not end up wearing it for Halloween, a waste of $35!"

Title: No Shape

"This costume was very cute but would not hold its shape; it does not look like the picture, it sags. I tried ironing with starch and putting wire in it to keep its shape but nothing worked. it was ok with the wire in it but I could not let my three year old trick or treat with exposed wire on the inside of it. Also, the hat was so big it did not even fit me much less my three year old. I would not recomend this product."

Title: FUN 4 MY SON

"The costume was a good fit for my son (3.5 at the time), the hat was a little big so I put a winter cap under it and it fit great. The shoulder straps are adjustable so they'd work for kids of many sizes. The foam of the car was pretty crushed from shipping, but after hanging it up for a few days, it did unfold most of the way. I think a steamer would have fully opened it up. He was the only McQueen we saw the whole night and every mom of a CARS loving little guy asked where we found it. It was a great costume for a fun night."

Title: Too Floppy to have fun

"The costume is really cute except that it collapses. I had to super glue small wooden sticks to the inside of it to make it look like the picture. The picture is realy deceiving because the costume has no shape. It is just material so you will have to add something to it."

Title: Good costume but needed padding

"This costume was well made but the car part needed to be "propped up" so I just added some foam padding to the underside and that made it an awesome car!"

"So we haven't given this costume the test of Halloween but so far I'm not overly impressed. It's kind of lame but that could turn out to be okay-simple is sometimes better for a 2.5yr old. I expected it to be a bit more sturdy. Pretty cute though."

"Lightning Mcqueen is red, the picture shows red when we received costume it is pumpkin orange & hat is red so they don't even match .total dissapointment. would return it but afraid won't receive replacement in time for halloween party"

Title: Item received not like the picture

"This costume is adorable but the item that I received looks nothing like the picture displayed on the website. The logo on the hat is different (it is the "Rusteze" logo instead of the "Cars" logo) & the body of the costume is very orange. If your child is a Cars fan (which my son is) they will still love the costume but I have to say I was deeply disappointed when it arrived."
