"My 5 year old son was so excited with this costume! It has nice details, like the chainmail sleeves that look realistic, a hood, and the lion emblem. The costume looks very impressive and more expensive than it was, especially with the helmet and shoulder guards that complete the costume. The helmet fit my son just fine and is not an adult sized helmet, like another review posted, although my son's noggin is a bit bigger than the average child his age. My head would definitely not fit in the helmet..."

"My son wanted to be the Knight from Chronicles of Narja for Halloween. I wanted a good price and quality of costume and I got it. Not only did it arrive 5 days early but it was well packaged and best of all I was happy to see the smile on my boy's face. I will consider purchasing items from buycostumes.com."

"This is a great narnia costumes with great quality. The problems is that the 4-6 size is VERY VERY too big for my 4 years old child. The helmet is for adult size!! The shoulder have a broken sticker part...Otherwise it's good. Why put the sword on the picture....is not available....."

"I got the 4-6 size for my almost 5 year old. It was simple and comfortable but it was too big. The shoulder guards are big and bulky and don't stay in place. The helmet was waaay too big. He was a little dissapointed that it didn't have any boots or shoe covers but he liked the rest of it. I got the sword too because it was recommended in one of the other reviews and he liked it, but it came apart after one evening of play, and it was way too big to carry around trick-or-treating or at fall festivals, and it was expensive. I ended up buying another small sword like the one I got for my 2 1/2 year old. I spent too much money and I just wasn't impressed."

"The costume was a hit with my almost 4 year old. We could barely get him out of it once he put it on. The reasons for the low rating on comfort are these...the helmet was a little big (which I read in an earlier review), so we had to put a baseball cap on backwards underneath so the helmet would stay up. The shoulder plates were also big and he was unable to wear them. But he was extremely excited and loved the costume and that was worth spending the money! I also agree with earlier reviews about this costume being VERY realistic. Would definitely recommend this for Narnia fans."

"The helmet and shouder guards are very cool. I was worried about the visibility through the helmet though it fits well enough that it shouldnt pose any problems. It wasnt very clear on how to attach the shoulder guards so hopefully they will stay on the costume on the trick or treat route....

Paired with a great sword it is a great complete costume for any child to feel valiant and brave. A good fit to be able to have something warm underneath."

"My son thought it was an awesome replica of Sir Peter's armor from the Narnia movie and he felt like he was in the movie when he wore it. The sleeves were like real chainmail & gave a very authentic touch. The only issue we had was the helmet was too large for the size. Several kids, ages around 10-11, tried it on & all felt it was too big. The costume size was 10-12."

"My 5 year old son loves this costume and so does his 8 year old sister. It is quality and comfortable. The shoulder pads velcro on and are a little heavier but they make the costume so real. The helmet visor really works. Authentic and fun."
