"This is a very nice and well-built costume. My son loves it. It does seem to run a little small, though. He just turned 7, and is even a little small for his age, and the 7-8 just fits him. As others have noted, the claws that come with the costume are super-cheesy, which is surprising given the quality of the rest of the costume. I would strongly recommend buying the better claws separately to go with it. The only other minor quibble is the belt buckle, which attaches to the bodysuit via a teeny-tiny Velcro tab, and likes to fall off with very little provocation. I'd just hot-glue it on, but then we couldn't wash the costume. This is really a minor thing, though. the costume is overall very good."

"My 5 year old son is into to wolverine this year. Thank goodness for this costume. I purchased the 7-8 for him and fit him very well. The length is a little long but was able to hem it up for him. The mask fits him perfect. I purchased the claws separate that are also available and they completed the costume well. He like to run around with just the mask and the claws. He can't wait to trick or treat in this costume. This was worth the money spent."

Title: An ok costume Date: October 10, 2008
"My son is almost 7 and ordered him the size 7-8 and it just fits. The headpiece is small though...i'm not sure if he's going to feel comfortable wearing it. It doesn't go all the way to the back of his head...sits about half way and makes his hair all stick up. We trick or treat in cold weather and he definitely won't have room to wear a sweater underneath. The claws that come with the costume are very cheap and only get attached with strings...so i bought the other gloves which are much better!"

"This costume fits perfectly with our boys theme for this halloween- Superheroes. Although my oldest son is tall for his age the 7/8 Wolverine Costume fits him perfectly and the padding is a great enhancement. I would highly recommend the extra gloves as the quality is great and is a perfect blend with the costume. Although they bought it for Halloween they have enjoyed putting the costume on numerous times since it arrived."

"I love this costume, and more importantly, so does my 4 1/2 year old. The fit is excellent, and the muscles look great. The mask fits so much better than any other that he has ever had-not too tight and doesn't constantly come unattached. My son begs to wear it everyday. The claws are his favorite part. I was worried that they might bother him or hinder him from using his hands, but they are a perfect fit. This is the best costume we have ever purchased for him, and he has many different ones including the muscle Spider-Man, New Goblin, and Buzz Lightyear."

"Adorable costume, but the picture is definetly better than the actual product. My little man loved it, basically because of the claws (which he didn't even wear because he couldn't pick anything up since he had to old the little stretchy things). The mask was disappointing, big time. It was creased and wrinkly and the horn things did not stand up like the picture shows, and the belt was droopy and looked a bit silly. Oh, and the boot cover things, a joke..., I tried a few pairs of shoes and the things creeped up everytime."

"My son selected the Wolverine costume and was pleased when it arrived. It fit him perfectly and was made of breathable fabric. I thought that the claw hands would hinder him in trick-or-treating but it turned out to be just the opposite. Their construction allowed him to scoop up the candy rather than just grab a piece.
On a side note, the costume arrived 3-4 days sooner than the site had indicated and this was a great surprise. While shopping for other items in local stores, I saw the same costume for $20 more. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer and plan to visit this site again for my costume needs.
