"I absolutely loved this costume. And so did everyone else. It was very true to the picture on the website. The quality was spot on. I was a little worried about the size. I am very busty with a smaller waist so its hard to find things that fit well. The top had elastic so it was not a problem and gave me some breathing room. I tried getting a smaller size but it was way too short. I cinched in the waist using the yellow ties in the front of the dress and some strategically placed pins and it worked great. Put my hair into pig tails and out the door. I was comfortable and looked fantastic. Winning combination!!!"

"When I first saw this, I immediately liked it. I am a 14-16 and a D cup. I purchased the 2X. The cleavage is fairly low and exposing and the skirt is much shorter than the picture. It barely hit mid thigh. I hope I don't drop anything during the night. lol...The size was right on. It zipped up perfect but I was planning on wearing this to work and will not be able to as it is too exposing but it will be great for going out on Halloween night. I purchased the petticoat to lengthen the skirt a bit. The quality of the costume is great. You will not be disappointed with the purchase."

"I got this costume for Halloween to couple with a Viking and it looks really good. It fit a little loose but nothing major. I wear a between a 20-22 top and a 18-20 jeans and I ordered the 3X4X and if iI would have gotten the 1X2X I dont think it would have fit, or been so tight I wouldnt have been able to move because I would bust out... I'm 5'4 and its not to long or to short. It's made very well and looks just like the picture. I dont see the need in getting the extra petty coat because it is full enough with out it. This is my 5th time ording from here and love each and every costume I have gotten. Also got the Beer Mug purse and it is WONDERFUL... can hold a lot in it.. my blackberry, change purse, lipstick, etc.. I would def get it as well.."

"This costume is very cute and fits true to size. I wear a 1x and ordered the XL. It was long enough to cover everything it was supposed to. My disappointment is in the quality. The skirt and vest are made of a very stiff felt covered vinyl type material . It arrived very wrinkled and the skirt had cracks in the fabric. It took a long time of hanging in a steamy room for the wrinkles to come out. I wore it to a charity auction where I mostly stood and the skirt suffered more cracks, the "felt" under the arms also wore away that evening. I was able to wear it to a Halloween Party with dim lighting and it looked okay, however there are even more bare spots under the arms and now on the skirt as well. Not sure if I will be able to wear it again unless at a dark event. So even though it is very cute not sure the price justified the quality."

"First of all they shipped this so fast it was great. I love this costume, but it does run very big. I'm always nervous about things being to small. I am a size 16 and I ordered the XL a large would have been perfect but My sister-in-law altered it for me and it is perfect. The length is perfect if your worried about the skirt being too short. The quality is amazing, for the price I thought it would be cheezy material but it is fabulous, I will definitley buy from this company again. They rock, and so will I with my costume!!!!"

"This costume is just PERFECT! It looks exactly like the photo on-line! The length is great for a heavier person - just about knee length. I would say it runs a little big. I got the XXL at first thinking it would be too tight and it was too big!! so I sent it back and got the XL - that too is a little roomy but not bad. The chest area is kind of large however - but not too bad.
Overall this costume is totally worth every penny - comfortable and fun!"

"This costume is so cute! I wear a size 22/24 in tops, and size 24 jeans from Lane Bryant. I was not for sure what size to get, so I decided to purchase the 3x just to be on the safe side. The costume fits great it is a bit big in some places, but nothing that causes a problem. I also decided to purchase the beer mug purse, and lace socks. It was a little more than what I wanted to spend, but totally worth it in the end I can't wait until Halloween! Great quality, great buy! I will be buying from this website again next year!! Thanks!!!"

"This is a great costume, I normally wear a 16-18 and the XL was a little big however very easy to alter. I sewed in about 2 inches on each side and I am by no means a seamstress. I received lots of compliments and my husband and I had so much fun wearing our costumes. My husband wore the lederhosen costume. Add in a couple of large glasses and a fun night awaits!!"

"I got this costume last year and wore it to 2 parties. I love it. I got a little Jagermeister on the white and had to have it dry cleaned, but it came out all nice n shiny.

Only thing that bothered me is the velour feel of the skirt & "vest".

All in all a nice costume. I'm also 5'11" and it covered my entire butt."

"I love Buycostumes.com! I shop here every year and I am never disappointed. I really liked this costume and my hubby got the Hanzel (octoberfest) costume, which was a great companion to this one. The only thing I didn't love is that the back of the dress is only black material, I would have loved it if it were the same as the front. Overall it fit great, helps if you are a bit busty. I lived in Germany and it really is a good replica of the real thing."

"I originally wanted the "standard" size beer garden costume but the skirt BARELY covered my cheeks because I'm 5'11 and have long legs. I bought the plus size costume for the longer skirt with the intention to have it tailored. It's being altered right now and I have to say, I love this costume!! The skirt is the perfect length and I've even talked a girlfriend into being a beer garden girl with me. :) We are 100% going to be the life of this party! Happy Halloween!"

"I just received my costume from UPS! IT came super fast and I love the quality of it! I was so surprised that when I put it on it fit exactly to my body and its VERY forgiving in some places, lol I actually looked at the photo of another girl who bought it on this site and she was about the same measurements as me, from that I ordered the 3x and it fit more perfect than any other costume I ever had. This is the second costume I bought from here. The first was last year (shopoholic) which also was a great costume! I will always be buying my costume from here and for the price of this one it was definitely worth it! I cant wait to wear it out!"

"This is my first time ordering from this website and I was very concerned on being a larger girl that even though it said plus size it still wouldnt fit! lol
I wear on the bottom like a size 28 and tops i wear a size 22/24 so yeah im definitly in the larger plus size numbers so i ordered the 3x/4x and it fit wonderful! this was such a releif because any other store will say a size and it will really be 3 sizes smaller. Another thing i am 5'10 so definitly a tall girl , and its still covers my butt , so if your tall dont worry u can still walk around and do things and not worry about showing everyone your bottom . THis site delivered very quikly , everything was package nicely and The quality of this dress is awesome, which is another thing that is hard to tell online . I almost felt like i had bought it straight from Germany. Way to go Buycostumes. I will be ordering from this site forever now ! Looooooooved it! Hope this was useful to some other woman :)"

"This costume is cute. It is not the color it looks like on the pic, its more yellow than orange. The only bad part about it was because of the way it is packaged it was pretty wrinkled when I got it therefore I am having to hang it up for a few weeks prior to wearing it. Its a good thing I planned in advance. I have not had to wear it all night yet, just around the house for planning. So far so good though! :-)"

"I ordered this costume primarily to wear to Oktoberfest with a group of friends. I looked at it last year and thought it was really cute. I paid extra for shipping to get it in time, which I did. However, when I took it out of the package I was very dissappointed. The skirt portion looks nice until you touch it. It's basically flocked vinyl. I expected it to be about the same quality and design as the chambermaid costume. It's not. The skirt is extremely wrinkled and sticks out stiff, doesn't drape like the pictures or even like the customer submitted pics in the reviews. Maybe it was a bad batch, I don't know."

"I purchased this outfit along with another at the same time for an Okterberfest party. I ordered 2 different costumes hoping one would surely fit. I read the reviews on this particular item, and they were a TREMENDOUS help. All the reviews said this costume was made big so order the next size down from your regular size. I did so, but it was still too big, especially in the bust area. Had I not liked the 2nd costume I ordered SO WELL, I would have returned this item and gotten the next smaller size.
My experience with this site has been great! The communication they give you about your order thru email is great. The site is also very user friendly.
One other thing I really liked about this site, is they have the bigger sizes which I've had the hardest time finding!
I will ALWAYS try here first for any of my costume needs!
If I had taken a picture or video before I returned this costume, I would have placed it with my review."
