"Putting the costume on was very disappointing. I ordered one size larger, just in case the sizing was off. The dress was too large, the overskirt was too small, and the hat was unuseable in the condition sent. After buying a belt to fix the overskirt, ripping the hat apart basically making a new one, I finally had the perfect costume. It does take roughly 20 minutes to put on, make sure you have a friend to help with the ties in the back. I did get many compliments and was happy with how I looked, it's simply disappointing to have to put so much work into correcting the quality issues of this piece. Despite this, I will continue to use buycostumes.com."

"I had high expectations for this costume and undfortunately was disappointed with the sizing. Costumes from this website run small, so I ordered the large to allow for room in the chest. The only thing that made this costume Large was the width, as the waist was too high. DO NOT order this costume if you are busty! Also, the skirt is also A LOT fuller than the photo on the website, similar to a square dancer's skirt. You could get your money's worth and actually recyle this costume and wear it at Christmastime."

"I absolutely loved this costume in the pic. It arrived home and I still absolutely loved it when I opened it all up. The hat is very nice.The corset dress although too big at first fit beautifully when I laced up the back. The overskirt is about an inch too small. I am so bummed. I don't know if they sent the overskirt in a smaller size or what. If you are very small waisted have no worries about purchasing this costume."
