"This is great if you want your pet looking festive at halloween but without making him/her wear a full-on costume.
I bought it for my (slightly larger than average) springer spaniel and in hindsight I might have opted for the "large" as although it fit okay, it might have fit better if it was slightly bigger. It still looked very cute though and I will be bringing it out again next year so he doesn't feel left out when the party gets underway!
"This product is made of thick and sturdy material and can be tied around the neck (loosely) without the dogs pulling them off. They are so cute on the pups. :)"
