"They had some sort of glue stuck to the front of both of them. It looked like they had something glued onto them and then it was pulled off. I am very disappointed. But they were cheap, which is about the only good thing going for them."

"I was hoping to add a garter to my pirate costume - these were so scratchy - I couldn't use it at all - just snagged my tights and scratched my legs."
