The double lace-up, velvet corset and velvet skirt overlay are additional titillating details. Boots are not included. Pirate hat and hosiery are sold separately.

Title: WARNING, deoderant caused MAJOR discoloration! Date: November 4, 2009
"Watch out! My Secret brand deoderant caused permanent under arm stains!! I just use the regular deoderant, and it caused severe discoloration!! The stains are so bad I am not able to wear this otherwise perfect costume again. However, the costume was very cute and I received numerous compliments on it."

"This costume has been my best yet. If you are looking for a great pirate costume if you want to be the wench or the captain it's pretty versitile and looks great!!! I got so many compliments and I didn't get the petticoat I just put some spandex shorts on and rolled them up under the skirt so you couldn't see them but it made me a little more comfortable."

"i was looking for this particular costume EVERYWHERE! And a friend of mine showed me this link that she found on google with the costume i wanted...i could not believe how cheap everything came out to be with shipping and tax included. Compared to what i would have spent at party city or some other costume store i saved over twenty dollars. I was also surprised on how quick the delivery was. I will definitely order my costume from this website for next Halloween."

"The Pirate Vixen costume was a hit! My man loved it and I received complements all night. It has a flattering fit and a very curvaceous sexy look to it. The overall quality was great, I'm a size 14 and I purchased the costume in XL. The fit was a little loose and the dress was a little bit longer then the picture shows, it gives one the option to leave it as is or have it altered and made shorter. This costume would be great for anyone that doesn’t necessarily like to show there arms. I strongly recommend purchasing the hat, petticoat and the boots it really makes a difference and enhances the look of the costume. I'm VERY particular and had no upsets with my costume purchase, overall it's an AWESOME costume!"

"I purchased this costume in part because of the reviews on buycostumes.com. I agree that it is made very well, unlike the cheap shiny fabric that a lot of costumes are made from. The fit was good too, sometimes these can run a little bit small and I had no problems at all.

This is definitely a costume that I know I will be able to wear again. I got quite a few compliments on the way it looked as well.

You definitely need the hat and sword, etc. for people to know that you are a pirate wench though. Shipped very quickly! Very happy with this costume!"
