"It was a costume that was different from anyone elses at the Halloween party I went to. People kept trying to play with the spinner that I used as a big bracelet instead of wearing it on my head."

"Bought this costume for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved it. The shipping was right on time and the price was way cheaper than in store. The only two things to be aware of is that 1) you should wear something underneath it and 2) at least someone is going to try "right hand blue" etc."

"This was a great, unique costume for a huge Community Halloween Event. Adults found it clever, teens thought it was cute and it did not scare little kids. The dress was very comfortable,and I was surprised how well the spinner hat stayed on all evening. I got lots of positive comments. Since we live in the mountains it was cold yet with white tights and a white long sleeved base layer underneath I was very warm all night."

"Runs alittle big but I altered it to be an empire waist. Try it with a red (bob) wig and long red gloves. I got many compliments."

"I was concerned about the fit of this costume as I am a larger sized gal. The fit is great (I ordered the XL)... it's a little tight across the chest but I'll manage. The material, while cloth, is a little see-thru at times so nude colored garmets or a slip is a must. Overall I'm rather pleased with my purchase and look forward to doing more business with buycostumes.com."

Title: Slightly Misleading but Still Okay

"Based on the pictures, I thought the quality of the costume would have been a little nicer. What you actually get is something resembling a sheet with a Twister pattern on it. I actually had to wear something underneath the dress because the costume is cheaply made and a little bit see-through. Would have worked better if the dress was made from the same vinyl fabric as a twister board -- much more believable. I also don't like the way the head piece is made (there is an elastic band meant to be worn as a chin strap). I removed the elastic band, instead gluing the spinner board onto a headband which was much easier to wear and didn't get in my way. The spinner itself doesn't spin, either, by the way.

I liked the ties in the back of the dress, they allow fit for a broader range of people and you can wear the costume again (or share with your friends).

Overall not a bad costume, just not what i was hoping for."

Title: Had Potential

"I was so excited to order this costume however the smallest sizing only came in Medium which was 8-10.
I thought seeing it was merely a dress I could possibly alter it as I am a 4-6 however that was not the case.
The material of this costume was not very flattering and quite "cheap". Although I suppose that is the reason it is only $29.99, Also, the spinner was VERY large! It took up my entire head!
None the less, this costume does have potential and perhaps with different material it could look great...and a smaller head piece!
I hope it looked better on someone else rather than me because it would make for great conversation and fun at a party!

"I was actually a little diappointed with this product just because I thought the material would be like the actual board game - it ended up being more of a cheap looking material. Overall it was a pretty good costume though. I added some bright blue leggings and some polka dotted shoes to make things a little more exciting. I had a bit of a tough time with the spinner head piece standing up so it didn't look like I was trying to carry books on my head. Other than that - not bad."

"A nice little costume that is perfect for teens and larger pre-teens. With adjustable ties in the back, the outfit can fit a wide variety of body types (and allow for turtlenecks or long sleeves if the weather turns cold). We were very pleased."

Title: Neat little dress!

"I saw this dress when it first came out, but couldn't afford it. When I had the money, they were sold out, so I had to get something else for Halloween that year.
Last year, I finally got to get this dress for Halloween and I was so happy. I didn't like the hat, so I didn't wear it, but it looked great, anyway. I wore my shiny white knee-high boots and white thigh-high fishnets with about 3 inches of patent leather(?) at the top. The fishnets kept falling down all night, so I had to keep pulling them up (any thigh highs that claim they stay up on their own are lying), but the dress was fine.
As I remember, the dress wasn't see-through or anything. It was comfortable and the little ties in the back helped to fit the waist a little better. My friends couldn't resist the "Right hand red" and "Left hand green" as an excuse to touch me, but I kinda figured that would happen. I was definitely pleased with this dress."

Title: great idea

"twister was a great idea for a costume. I ordered a few last year to. Candy corn, pink ladie (2), Cleopatra & wig. I order for my daughter when she had book reports to do . She would dress like the character in the book. The pink ladies we wore to a mother daughter 50's dance. Candy corn last year she won first prize out of 260 other students (5th grade). This year she loved the twister picture. We rec. it . But was a bit disappointed. The material was very thin ( see through) It looked like it would have a hoop like the candy corn costume ,but it didnt. It looked like a hospital gown. She has to order adult sizes because childrens dont fit her. It was not worth the price just for a sheet & card board hat. The elastic is very uncomfortable to wear under the neck. It doesnt show that in the picture. Its the only way it will stay on the head. She wore the costume 2x already for some events. Should have attached hat to a wig like candy corn did, or put combs on it to secure to head. Not worth the price. Good idea but no style. I had to buy long sleeve shirt to wear under to add color & leggings on bottom (costume was very shear). My daughter didnt want to return it ,she liked it but you could see she was a bit disappointed in costume being so simple & shear, the hat w/ the band hurt & we had to cut it & hot glue hair combs on it to secure to a bright red wig. We thought it would have the quality of the candy corn costume w/ the hoop & a wig w/ hat attached. I would suggest this costume to others but they need to add things on their own to get a really good look to it."
