Title: Use Scotch tape instead Date: June 10, 2008
"I purchased the sticky tack to use with the Sesame room rolls as recommended by Buy Costumes. It didn't work well and made visible dots on the rolls. Scotch tape worked fine. No need for sticky tack - especially in bright blue which leaves marks on white walls"

Title: Okay Date: April 25, 2008
"These sticky tacks were okay. I only say that because they left some residue on my walls when they were removed. We do have flat paint, though. I don't think it would have done that if we didn't have flat paint."

Title: So far, worthless Date: October 20, 2007
"I have not been able to find the spot where this stuff actually works. Regular textured, painted walls, nope. On stucco outside, nope. Sticky "cloth" tape works best for outside, clear strapping tape for inside."

Title: Why is this blue Date: October 17, 2007
"The bright blue color makes it really obvious when hanging something clear or white. It didn't stick to one door but did stick to another though I'm not sure why. Is great for placing on the bottom of taper candles to hold them straight."

Title: Has a hard time with most surfaces Date: October 6, 2007
"Sticky Tack almost appears to look like sticks of gum. I have a feeling Gum would work better. Sticky tack struggled to work on painted walls, wooden doors... pretty much every surface in my apartment. I ended up using regular tacks for most of the items."

Title: Better than tape Date: September 28, 2007
"Sticky tack is the best holiday helper. I am a halloween junkie and love to decorate my house. Instead of using duct tape, you can use sticky tack. It peels off easily, and doesnt leave and mess behind. However, if you use it on vinyl siding make sure you clean the area first. Sticky tack is also great because you can reuse it over and over. So it saves you money."
