Title: A little odd but okay

"So the balloon color doesn't entirely match the rest of the set plus twenty cups come in the manufacturer's packaging and then another four come in a zip lock bag. I guess its okay but would have preferred to know before purchasing the items. Also the packaging for shipment was lacking. If UPS had been a little rougher with the box some items would have been damaged."
