"it's cheap enough to purchase. Our problem was trying to find a place that was low enough (not the ceiling) to be in view, and yet high high so that it wasn't constantly in the way. A long of the streamers were folded so much that it didn't exactly hang the way it was supposed to anyway - but I can see it being a great centerpiece ... if you could GET it where you need it"
