Title: Fun and Authentic
Date: February 20, 2009
"This costume worked perfectly with our Mardi Gras theme. Our children had their school Mardi Gras parades and their floats (wagons) were decorated as Flight 1549 that was safely landed in the Hudson River by Capt. Sullenberger. Therefore, the wagon was in honor of Capt. Sullenberger and the boys were supposed to be the captain of their "plane". The oldest boy had his parade today and got the rave reviews for his costume and float. He looked like an authentic pilot. Since I read the reviews before I purchased it, I bought it a size bigger and it fits him perfect. The material is a bit thin, so if it is for a Halloween costume, I would recommend other clothing, i.e, longjohns, going underneath. He wore a regular button down shirt as well rather than the little "dickie" that came with it. See my video of how good he looked."

I wouldn't overshoot Minneapolis!
"This pilot costume was beyond cute on my 2 year old daughter. She wanted to be a pilot so bad! The wings fell off of the jacket the first time she tried it on. It's also polyester and scratchy. But it was very fun and she wore it A LOT (not just on Halloween)!"
"I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this costume, especially at a price of $25. Determining the right size to order however was somewhat of a challenge, but I found reading some of the previous reviews helped a great deal in determining the correct size to order. My son is 5 yrs old and is considered tall for his age, and he is also of average weight. I ordered a medium (8-10), and it fit him perfectly. The costume even had enough room to wear extra clothing underneath for our typical chilly Halloween nights. Overall, I'm very pleased with this costume and my son thinks it's COOL!!"

Title: impressive but low quality
Date: February 2, 2009
"I read the reviews before I purchased this costume. Indeed, this costume is too small for the size it should be. My son is 2 months away from 4 years old; his weight and height are at 50th percentile. I ordered the size for 4-6 yrs for him, but the size fits him JUST RIGHT! (Only the cap is too big) Everyone said he was adorable when he was in that suit. But the washing instruction states "DO NOT WASH". And the fabric is too rough and too thin. To sum it up, this suit is good for the fun effect, but too low quality and can only be used once."

Title: Incorrect sizing
Date: October 28, 2008
"This is a cute costume and my son was delighted to get it but was quickly disappointed. I ordered a M (8-10) and it was the size of the toddler one. The tag in the outfit said M. The company was gracious enough to quickly send another Medium, and guess what? This medium is actually small also. I have another cosutme that is M and one that is the toddler size (2-4) to compare it to and there is no way this is a medium. Like another cusotmer reported, my son could have worn this when he was 4 or 5, not 7 years old. This needs to be pulled from the inventory so more children are not disappointed."
"My son looked adorable in this costume. Was very comfortable and I was able to put warm clothes under it due to the cold late afternoon weather. Big hit for us!!"

Title: Incorrect Sizes
Date: October 16, 2008
"Bought this costume for my son. Ordered a size 8 -10. We live in Canada so after the purchase price, taxes, duty, shipping and exchange rate the costume cost almost $50 (or double). When I received the costume, it might have fit my son when he was 3 or 4 but not now at age 7. And he is not a large 7 year old either. Costume is somewhat useless to us as the sleeves are way too short as are the pants and he could not wear even a t-shirt under the jacket for warmth."

"This costume is your average quality costume. You can't find a costume like this in most stores so it was great to find. The only problem that I had with it was the hat was made horribly. It is sewn so crooked that he won't be able to wear it."

Title: Handsome - good quality
Date: October 17, 2007
"Five year old son thinks this costume is "very cool". Quality above average. Nice details; piping on sleeves, buttons, wings on jacket and hat. Son finds the false shirt uncomfortable around his neck - easy enough to have him wear his own dress shirt. Online sizing guidance was accurate."

Title: Good price, cheap fabric
Date: October 5, 2007
"This is VERY ROOMY for my 3 year old son. he is tall and skinny and I paid $16 for alterations because the pants are unwearable. You could fit 2 of him in there. the price is right on this costume, the fabric is a cheap and gross polyester. I know it is just for one night, but it doesn't seem too comfortable. The "shirt front" that comes with the set really seems uncomfortable. I plan to put my son in a regular white button down shirt instead. I like that you get the hat, jacket, pants and tie for a good price. Super FAST shipping was a big plus."
