"It was a little big, which is way better than being a little small, but it looked good on and was a lot of fun to wear. My Husband loved it and a lot of my friends asked me where I purchased it. The feather and headband really made the outfit too."

"When I ordered this I was wearing 12/14, and usually Halloween costumes run small, so I ordered this one. It was so huge! I should have pinned it, but I just wore it as it was. Great that it wasn't too tight, though! Good quality and what a fun costume!"

"Loved the fun factor and simplicity of this costume. The plus size was a bit roomy, but with the appropriate accessories (and given that the dress is black), it was ok. Dress is definitely a mini length but not really an issue - would recommend wearing pantyhose or something underneath, just to feel a little less self conscious. Loved the fringe, made it a fun, playful dress."

"I am a 12/14 thicker through the hips and this costume was really big. But was an easy fix with saftey pins. If you are an average 12/14 I would recommend the large. But other than that the costume was perfect!"

"The dress is made well as far as costumes come. The sizes seemed to run a bit large. I'm a 14 and ordered the XL but had to have it taken in. Which was fairly simple as the shape of the dress is straight. I would recommend wearing a black cami and boy shorts underneath. I will definately keep this in the closet for future use."

"The dress is adorable and looks even better with fishnet stockings, high heels, and matching black/gold feather boa!!!
Only complaint that I have is that the XL was very large...I normally wear a 14-16 and I could have fit another half of my body in the dress.
Overall, is very comfortable and i can't wait til' Halloween!!!"

"I am a size 12 and I ordered a red flapper dress XL; it was way too small, tight, short, etc. I saw this one and reviewers said it was roomy at XL so I thought it would be a better fit. WRONG- it was HUGE on me, hanging way off my arms like a tent! So my thing with the flapper outfits is, how do you know what will fit and what won't? I had to return both of them. I ended up purchasing the "Puttin' on the Ritz" dress (with the diamond patch on the front). I love it! It is a good quality for the price and a good fit- pretty true to size. Overall, if you are a full-figured woman and you don't mind a short cut (mid-thigh), this dress may work for you. The quality wasn't bad for the price. If I could actually find one that had fit, it probably would have been pretty cute."

"The costume was excellent and great value for the money. the only negatives were the costume was a bit see through when the fringes shifted and the armholes were a bit big. but it was an easy fix with a couple of saftey pins. "I bought this costume to compliment my husband going to a Halloween party as Musgy Malone. :0) I think it will work perfect. The dress is very well made and fits a little larger than I thought, so there is room to move in it. It is also not "see thru" so I will be comfortable wearing it. Very good dress for the money."
