Title: Measure Your Daughter for True Fit

"My daughter just turned 5, but I was unsure about getting the size Small for 4-6-year-olds. I checked the sizing chart and by those numbers, the small would be very big in the waist area and possibly too long. I took a chance and ordered the Toddler size. It fit her like a glove and came just above her ankles. (The garmet is 32 inches long from shoulder to bottom seam; my daughter is 42 inches tall and has a 19 inch waist.) My only complaint is that it has a small velcro closure at the neck and about an 8 inch long opening to the waist. The sash is not removable; it is sewn on one side and velcros in place at the other side. Waistline has some elasticity. If your daughter tries to put it on over her head or remove it over her head, she is liable to tear it. Make sure she steps into the costume and brings it up; remove it the same way. The headpiece will require bobbi pins or some mean of support. The comb is not a hard-shell plastic; it is more of a flexible, forked piece of plastic that snags the hair and is difficult to remove and reset without tugging the hair out of place."

Title: VERY Poorly made

"This costume is absolutely beautiful and it looked great on my daughter but it started tearing apart as I was putting it on her. I bought one size bigger so it wasn't too tight. It fit well but was coming apart all over. She loved it but, by the end of the night it had holes all in it. All she did was walk door to door so she was not rough in it, it is just very poorly made. Had it been made better I would have given a better review but she should have been able to wear it more than once. Now, it is torn beyond repair."

"The first time my granddaughter tried on costume, the sleeves frayed at seams. Material too flimsy to keep resewed, didn't try it. Will return for refund on my first offday. Should have used a better material when made. Couldn't use it for purpose of buying."

Title: very poorly made

"I purchased this outfit for my 8 yr old daughter to wear in our church's singing Christmas Tree. The night of the dress rehersal the seams started pulling apart. Luckily my mother was able to mend this. Each night we had to mend a different seam and the fabric would just fray. She only wore the outfit for about 30 minutes each performance, and she was standing still during the show. She wasn't able to wear it on the 3rd performance because, my mother was sick of mending it. It was very pretty, but we were frustrated with the quality."
