"I wore this costume for halloween this year and I really liked it. I did buy some leggings to wear under it but if you live some place warm you would'nt have to. Some people said the hat was cheesy but I wore it I thought it made the costume complete. Overall good costume."

"I had been waiting for this coming Halloween to buy this costume. The past 2 years, I've chosen different costumes instead and I wanted to make sure this year was the year to be a sexy ghostbuster. Looking at the size chart I originally ordered a XS (the bust and waist were fairly close in sizing). Once I received it however, I realized it wasn't going to work. The chest area rose up therefore making the area on the costume where my chest was supposed to be not line up with my chest at all AND the shorts rode up as well. Unfortunately, the company's size chart doesn't have a torso measurement which is why this size didn't fit. I am 5'4", 115 and ALL TORSO (no legs). I returned it and got a size S. Once I received a S, it still just didn't fit right. Also, the collar would not stop flipping up. Overall, it looked stupid. I dont know if the company changed material or what but it looked terrible. Im literally about the send back the second costume and just buy something else. I absolutely love this site and have never had a problem before so it was disappointing when one issue arose. Hopefully, my issue can help any customer and maybe even allow the company to adjust their size chart."

"Over all I was pleased with this costume. My husband and I went as ghostbusters and had a blast with the matching costumes. The costume does run big and rides up worse than a bathing suit bottom. I would suggest boy shorts under especially if pantyhose are worn. Is also very awkward getting on and off and tears easy. Also, zipper does have the "speedbumps" and did not like the hat. Husband took patch off the hat to slap onto his costume. If you're looking for the costume to look as good as it does on the model in the pictue I don't suggest getting this one, but if you're looking for a fun easy costume this is the one for you! I look forward to wearing it agian next year!"

Bill & his ghostBUSTING babe!
"Although I purchased the matching guys costume for my fella, he didn't like it and opted for the Bill Clinton look at the very last minute. We threw a MOVIES themed Halloween party, so I thought this costume would be original and fitting (it was). I'm about 5'1'' & 107 lbs, and the XS was still huge on me...esp in the top (and I'm a 34D). Overall there were many imperfections....the belt was huge and I have to cut & re-velcroe it myself. The hat was wierd (I didn't even wear it), and the zipper did this strange speed bump thing in the middle of my stomach area. At the end of the night, though, it served it's purpose. I wasn't trying to win a perfect costume prize, rather to have a good laugh w/friends at our Halloween party, which we did. Everyone loved it.....can't wait for next year! =]"

"Definatly not the best quality, i had do some stitch work, there were some holes by the zipper seam. i would advise to buy a size smaller then you normally would buy, it does fit kinda loose. The material is a thin, fuzy, kinda flimsy stretchy material (very poor quality). I had to make alterations to the bottom part of the outfit, because thigh part was too lose on me. The hat fits kinda weird and the logo was sewn on lopsided, the backpack is made out of a rubbery material. Everything that i found wrong was fixable and minor. I must admit after some tweaking, it does look pretty good on!!"

"I LOVED the idea of this costume, however I ordered it in a small because I'm a dress size 6 (small is supposed to fit dress size 6-9). I thought this would be great, but the sleeves were WAY too tight and the torso area was WAY to short. I returned it and ordered the medium, but have not received it yet. The material is VERY poor quality, and I would not have bought the medium, but I already purchased the male ghostbuster costume for my boyfriend, and the hassle of returning 2 costumes is just too much. Plus, I liked the overall idea. I'm probably going to look for ways to make this costume a little more desirable and less tacky, if anyone has any ideas, let me know. I'll keep you updated! ps~ other than this particular costume, I've had really good experiences with buycostumes.com!"

"Do not buy this costume! It looks totally cute in the picture, but in reality it is of very poor quality. When I got it, there were threads hanging out everywhere, the hem was completely out on one of the short legs, and it did not fit correctly at all. It was very short in the torso and looked terrible. Needless to say I returned it!"

"The first time I ordered this costume I ordered a Small but it pulled in all the wrong places and the arm cuffs were WAY too tight. So I returned it for a Medium and haven't received it yet. The pain with returning is that you have to pay for the return, they don't offer a free exchange program, and you have to get delivery confirmation on it as well. It's a pain. The fabric is definitely thin and cheaply made. This is not the best costume ever but my fiancé really wanted to go as a Ghostbuster this year so we are going as a couple. The proton pack is cute and can double as a purse, the hat is pretty flat and unattractive and the collar on the outfit does not lay down right. I think I will end up pinning mine down. Overall its a good idea but not made very well."

"I always love ordering my costumes from BuyCostumes because they ship so quickly! The only thing I would have a problem with is that I would normally order a Medium but because a few of the reviews said that they ran large I ordered a Small and I think the Small is little tighter than I thought it would be. Just because I'm taller and have longer arms it is a little tighter, and like someone else said it is definitely tight on the elbows and I wish that part were adjustable. But I'm still going to keep the small even though it's a little tight. I got my fiance the Male Adult version and they are really cute together!"

"I just got mine yesterday!!!!! For me the costume fit very well!!! -but you must keep in mind that I have a shorter torso with longer legs, bigger hips and a large bust, and a little waist, closer to what a model would have, and it may be different for others. Im also pretty skinny and the arms fit me well and arent too tight. The colar peice stuck up a little, but I just pinned that down and it looks awesome!! I cant wait for Halloween!!"

"This outfit was really cute & sexy. It does run pretty large, as others have stated, so order a size or two smaller than you normally would! The only thing I didn't like about it was that it was a bit too tight where the elbow pads are (and they are not adjustable)."

"I loved the costume; however everyone of my girlfriends except one had to have it altered. I bought the XS and I am a size 0-2 and weigh 110 lbs....it was huge! But, I got it altered and had a new zipper put in it and it fit great. Another one of my friends who normally wears a small bought the XS and it fit her perfect... so my advice is to buy a size smaller than you think you need... btw, we won best costumes at the 4th Annual Totally 80's Karaoke Party at the Studio at the Shelbourne."
