Title: Not as cute as I had hoped Date: November 3, 2008
"The picture makes this costume truly adorable and a temptation to buy! BUT........ I of course had to hold my 6 mon. old and you couldn't really see that it was a box and I had people say, "oh cute, a wizard" and "oh cute, a clown". Only 2 people the entire evening said "oh cute, a jack in the box".

Not all that it is cracked up to be!"

Title: Good costume but... Date: November 6, 2008
"I was overall very pleased with this costume. My son's name is Jack so I wanted a Jack-in-the-box costume and this was the only one I could find. He seemed very comfortable in it and the hat even fit. The only thing that I would recommend is making the "box" somehow more box-like. Once the infant is in the costume it is hard to tell what they are. They look more like a clown than a Jack-in-the-box."

"This costume is very cute and so much fun. You do have to fill the "box" part if you want it to be fuller looking. The hat is very large, so be prepared to pin or sew it up a bit or add it on top of another hat you may already have. My son will wear a onesie on underneath the costume to ensure the greatest comfort."
