"I loved this costume. Halloween is not my favorite holiday, and friends of ours have a party every year and I never used to like dressing up, but over the years it is something I look forward to. This costume was by far my favorite. It was well made and very comfortable. People were telling me I could wear it again, not as a costume. I wouldn't go that far, but I did totally love it!!!"

"This is a very small costume!! I wear a 10-12 and couldn't get the XL over my hips. Glad I ordered both sizes after reading other reviews. The 1X was too big and should have been altered some but, at least I was comfortable. Major difference in the 2 sizes."

"This costume was fun to put together and was literally five minutes getting ready. Just did some smoky makeup, hairband, cig holder, fishnets, and boa. Got rave reviews. Other great thing about this costume was that it didn't really matter if it was too big, the fringe moves so much that you couldn't tell. One of my all time faves!"

"This flapper dress is like a tent. I'm a size 18-20 and it is HUGE! It definitely looks better on the model than in person. That's my opinion. I waited for a few weeks to get it and was all excited, then when I pulled it out of the package today and tried it on I was very disappointed. Now I have to figure out what I'm going to be for Halloween instead..."

"This is the third costume i tried one. The first one was too see thru, the second one was too tight, and this one is just right. (Maybe I should have gone as Goldilocks?) I had already purchased all my accessories when I ordered my second costume, so I was locked into going as a flapper. I was reluctant to order this costume. I am so glad I did. My only complaint is the the sequin trim on top is coming off on one side. Easily fixable. i am a 16/18 and the 1x fit almost perfectly. A little loose in the underarm area, but I took it a little on the sides and it's perfect. The red color goes great with pale skin and dark hair. Great dress for the price."

"I host a Halloweeen Party every year and the theme this year is the Roaring 20s, so of course I needed a Flapper costume. Very good quality flapper costume, well made and comfortable. Sizing is always a challenge , so I tend to order one size larger than I wear. I ordered a plus size 1x as I wear a size 16, but it was huge and required alteration. For this costume, I would suggest sizing is more true and xl would have been better."
