"I had purchased 3 costumes for Halloween .... wanted to go as a Flapper w/ the FRINGE but 2 of those costumes just didn't do the job. One was to small & short & the other too large. Went with PUTTIN ON THE RITZ for an alternative - and couldn't be MORE HAPPIER that I chose this costume!!!!!! Was comfortable all night, never saw anyone else in the same costume, and got many compliments!!! I'm like a size 14 and ordered an X-large - it FIT PERFECT!!!! But, keep in mind it is very low cut - so if you don't want to show to much cleavage, a safety pin will clear that right up!"

"i was quite disappointed with this costume! It looks beautiful and quite glamorous online but the quality of the fabric just isn't what it appears to be. The diamond in the middle is hideous in person, and the overall fit of the costume was rather unflattering. I returned the costume and have since purchased a fringey flapper dress which i am pleased with."

Title: Best Flapper Dress! Date: May 22, 2008
"I had a great time wearing this costume! High quality costume with a very flattering cut and fit for an hour-glass figure. It is a very unique and upscale looking flapper dress with wonderful detail. I bought a long pearl necklace and earrings to accessorize this outfit but the skull cap that comes with the costume is super cute! The cap comes with a flower on it, I just needed to use a few safety pins to get the flower to lay flat. The shawl was great to have for a little more coverage and also nice to have when outside. I did also use a black safety pin on the front of the dress because the plunging neckline was a little too low but the pin was an easy fix. There were a few stray threads that needed to be cut off the bottom of the dress and shawl but also easy to fix. I was very comfortable in this costume but also felt sexy and received tons of compliments!"

"Everyone loved this outfit on me! It is a head turner, especially if you know how to work your hair and makeup to fit the time ara of the dress (the hat that comes with it helps a lot). Best if you have a hour shaped glass figure. I have less curves but it was still hot. It won me a $50 prize over a skinny little thang. SO, yeah.. it's worth it. Get a size bigger if you can. If not, still work it!"
