"I wore "the black widow" costume this past Halloween and literally stole the show.! It was dramatic, feminine and sexy all in one, and was made of excellent qualitiy material. The fitted velveteen dress has an underslip with a section of crinoline that kicks the dress out a few inches above the ankle. The clever design of this beautiful gown is reminicient of a mermaid, or French cabaret singer of dancer, making it a costume that can be worn for many Halloween or Costume parties in the future. I crisscrossed the straps in the back which gives a beautiful sillouette from any angle The spider web slips easily over your back and attaches with wrist and arm bands. It is light and comfortable and shows a dramatic image when taking photos. I received countless compliments during the day at my office and at the party I attended that evening. The charming veiled heairpice with choker completed the look to perfection. I ordered a size small. I am 5'5 108 pounds so it was very striking indeed. I am including some photos to show anyone the true beauty of this costume. Thanks, Eileen Lebegue"

"This is a great halloween costume because it is sexy without being too revealing. The dress fit me very well, but the underskirt was tight on my hips. Since the underskirt is a separate piece, I am just going to sew in a panel of fabric to extend it. I am usually a size 6-8 and I ordered a Medium. Even though the underskirt is tight, I would not have ordered a size larger because the actual dress fits so well. I love the fabric and style of this costume. It is one of the best costumes I've ever had."

"This costume is true to size and very comfortable! The shoulder straps were a little long, but does have two button holes so you can shorten them a little. I crossed them in the back to make them fit and that worked perfectly!!!
This dress also comes with a crinoline to really make the bottom poof out. I didn't wear it in my picture, but will during our party.
I would certainly recommend this costume especially if you are curvy.
Now I just need to find the perfect wig and makeup."
