"The dress is great and everyone knew exactly who I was and strangers on the street were yelling "I love you Marilyn" at me.
The only thing that could've been better is that the top of the dress if thicker and not as see-through as the bottom. You either have to wear skin-colored underwear (or none at all), I had tried white thongs at first and they were completely visible. The top of the dress if fine though. For the cost, it's a good deal in my opinion. I ended up coming across a vent w/a fan in it on the street (in Honolulu, HI) and the dress does fly up, just like the Marilyn picture. It was completely unplanned, but a lot of fun."

"Although I had to send the costume back b/c it was snagged (I had to buy the same costume at a costume store...it was much more expensive :( )....this costume was great and the price was remarkable....This is a dress you can actually wear not just as a costume. The fit was great....and with the wig it was perfect! I had many compliments!!!"

"i bought this cause i read a review that said it wasnt see-through. it wasnt completely, but the material is still pretty cheap. if you have big 'assets', DONT BUY IT . its just a lot of hassle for nothing. Before halloween i need to shorten the lenghth, and find a bra that works with the dress cause you think a strapless will work, buuut the back is so low it doesnt really get covered. its a great dress, but only if you have small 'assets'. i did buy the wig to go with the dress, and the two of them look pretty cool together"

"I have looked at similiar Marilyn costumes and usually they are made of a flimsy and somewhat see-through material. This fabric makes it feel more like a real dress than a costume. The skirt however is quite long. If you're tall that's great. If not, a quick hem stick will fix it right up! Either way, the skirt is nice and full and you will quickly find yourself twirling in it!"
