"I'm inbetween a 16-18 and this was snug! I even had a breast reduction several years ago, so it's not like i'm top heavy and have a hard time finding things to fit. it was good quality, and super cute, i was pleased that it didn't seem "cheap" the length is good, hit right above the knee, so not too short, not too long. the belt on it fits in belt loops that fall right under your bustline, not at your natural waistlline... so i had to pull it down a little to make it seem more proportionate."
