Title: WORST halloween purchase EVER! Date: November 2, 2009
"Do NOT buy this costume! It arrived ripped at the seam in the pants. I had to staple the inside for it to be less noticeable. Even so, as the night continued- the staples came undone and so did the seam....needless to say this costume is a CATASTROPHE waiting to happen!

More upsetting is that this costume is NOT true to size.

It also gets very hot in this costume, the jacket is velvety and itchy.

The hat is ugly, and if you wore it you would not look like a matadora but instead a pirate!

The fact that this is a jumpsuit makes it very hard to use the bathroom once you've had too many drinks.

OVERALL, i would NOT recommend this costume, especially for the $50.00 pricetag. Do yourself a favor and buy a different item!"

"I'm always skeptical of purchasing any type of clothes online because of quality and size factor - but this costume was better than I expected! The quality was great! and the size fit me perfect. I used the size chart and measured myself - it was a perfect fit and the top had adjustable straps which made it even better! It comes with all accessories, including the dagger. The only thing I didn't like was the hat that came with it - being from Spain myself, it just didn't look like a bullfighter hat - so I purchased one at the local Halloween store for about $5. Everyone at the Halloween party loved the costume too! It was a great hit! Oh and the price was perfect and way cheaper than a lot of the other costumes I looked into."

"I have bought costumes before, but this is by far the best one yet. When I put it on my kids and I fell in love with it. FYI: I am 105 lbs., and 5'1' tall, bought the small and I was literally swimming in it. For future buyers consider an xtra small. The costume is meant to be fitted not worn like a pajama(my bad). I will just get it taked in( about 2"). Other than that the outfit and accessories are wonderful."

"I just got this product about an hour ago, i tried it on, the sizing like everyone else said is really small, the material is strechable which is nice, but the jacket does not fit like the picture it is shorter! if that is an issue you will not be happy, but other than that its an awesome costume, great material and great purchase! deffinatly will deal with buycostumes.com again! :)"

"I like the bull fighter costume except that it has a white zipper up the back starting at the butt. The pants are black so people kept telling me that my pants were split. Also people did not seem to understand that I was a bull fighter, despite the sequined bull on the back of the jacket. They though I was a pirate. I loved the costume anyway, and the only place that sold it was Buy Costumes. It is a good quality, the service is great, I got a good discount coupon, fast shipping, and they have a much better variety than local costume shops. I ordered several costumes and accessories and was happy with everything. Thanks."

"When buying the costume, I read the other reviews and was worried about it not fitting, or looking cheesy! When I got the costume it exceeded my expectations!!! It was an excellent costume and the quality is awesome!! It fit perfect, and I used the fitting chart. I had many compliments the night I wore it!!! and the price was great!! Buying here at home the costume would have been way more! It was cheaper to buy online and pay the shipping!"

"I purchased this for myself. Its a nice costume but there are some flaws like the hat doesn't even look like a matador hat. I had to purchase another hat from a another company. I ordered a small, it fits well but the jacket sleeves are a little short. I was afraid to order medium thinking it would be to big for me. I should have ordered that. Other than that, i like it."

"I was super excited about this costume but I don't think I'll be able to wear it cuz it's too big. I bought a small and its too large. According to the size chart I was on the larger end of a small as I weigh around 120 lbs but it did not look very good at all. If it had fit I think it would have been super cute. The crushed velvet jacket is a little cheesy though."
